To the delight of One Direction fans throughout the world, Harry Styles becomes the latest former band member to announce the upcoming release of solo music.
Set to debut to the world at 8am on Friday 7th April on the BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show, the fresh material from the young heartthrob will mark his first step back into the music scene after One Direction announced their hiatus in 2016.
Since the group decided to go their separate ways to focus on solo projects, Harry Styles has ventured down a different career path to pursue an acting career. Fans will get the opportunity to see Styles take to the big screen this July in Christopher Nolan’s wartime blockbuster, Dunkirk, alongside acting heavyweights such as Tom Hardy and Cillian Murphy.
Bearing both music and acting pursuits in mind, 2017 could prove to be the biggest year to date for the former bakery worker from Cheshire. Having teased the world with hints of his forthcoming single via social media, there is undoubtedly wide speculation regarding how a solo Harry Styles will sound. However, with Jeff Bhasker as his producer, who can also take credit for hits from Kanye West and The Rolling Stones, it is certain that Style’s debut single will not disappoint.
