Dave Grohl revealed the mysterious world’s ‘biggest pop star’ artist featured on Foo Fighters upcoming album Concrete and Gold was none other than Justin Timberlake. As Justin Timberlake met Foo Fighters at their shared recording studio, we suspect new Justin Timberlake music and a potential tour to be announced.

Grohl first mentioned a cryptic collaboration with a huge pop-star back in June. As we get closer to the release of Foo Fighters ninth studio album Concrete and Gold (15th September), the mystery artist has been revealed as Justin Timberlake. Dave Grohl described Justin Timberlake, as “more than just a pop star” praising him on his unbelievable vocals on one track.

As Justin Timberlake features on Foo Fighters new album,  and Justin Timberlake met at the EastWest recording studio in Los Angeles, it suggests that Justin Timberlake will release new music soon. Justin Timberlake hasn’t released an album since 2013, with his 20/20 Experience which included smash hits Suit & Tie and Mirrors.

In 2016, Justin Timberlake released the chart topping single Can’t Stop The Feeling that dominated the charts across the world. It’s expected pop icon, Justin Timberlake’s new album would continue a similar theme of upbeat pop numbers.

A Justin Timberlake tour in 2018 to promote his upcoming album, would likely be similar to his 20/20 Experience World Tour. In 2018, Justin Timberlake would be likely to play arenas such as The SSE Hydro in Glasgow, Manchester Arena, Arena Birmingham, London’s O2 Arena and 3Arena in Dublin.
