Why we love it?
The Mondrian Hotel centres around their food and beverages options, both the Sea Containers and Dandeylan are both respectively experts in their area. Far from resting on their laurels with their prime location, the American and English fusion cuisine attracts guests from miles.
It’s loved due to the stylish nod to their history, the Sea Containers building use to store cargo ships that could easily be transported up the River Thames. The nautical, shipping theming is subtle but adds to the character of the space. A model yellow submarine can be found hovering over the restaurants bar.
